My stay at the hotel was absolutely incredible. The room was ready for me upon arrival and spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The spacious room even had a small kitchenette, a desk, a make-up table, a large bath, and space for exercises on the floor. The service provided by Michael and Stephanie was beyond helpful and lovely, going the extra mile to cook us food when the kitchen was closed. The location was superb, just a 2-minute walk from the train station, making it convenient for travel. Overall, a great value for the money.

The hotel has a beautiful ambiance, but the rooms could use updating. It's conveniently located near restaurants and a movie theatre, but the nearby train tracks can be heard in the rooms. The service is outstanding with staff going above and beyond, although the dining experience may be affected by reduced options due to safety protocols.

The hotel had some positives like wonderful rooms with all the necessary amenities, but it was a bit challenging to warm up. The location was convenient, although being above the Long Island Railroad tracks meant frequent train noises. The service was pleasant overall, though having the Front Desk unattended at times was not ideal.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and had a nice big bathroom with extra amenities like a little fridge and coffee area, plus a sofa and desk seating area. It did take some time for the room to warm up, but it was a great space between our wedding ceremony and reception for guests to mingle. The service during the weekend was a bit slow, but the staff was very warm and friendly. The location was perfect for us, within walking distance to various restaurants and even the LIR train station. The dining experience was above average, especially unwinding with family and friends in the Empire room. The facilities were top-notch and added to the overall experience.

The hotel had very clean and spacious rooms, but there was no soap provided, and cleaning was not done behind and under furniture. The loud bar and proximity to the train tracks made it challenging to relax at times, which was a downside.
